The problem

Constraints
The system had to fit exactly how the salon works, run as an installable, secure PWA, and stay flexible to any request - without breaking an existing process.
What I built
One system that follows every wig from lead to handover: production floor, a smart wig card, owner control, payments and digital signing, and automated messaging - built around the salon.
